How It Works

Book your notary service for at a date, time, and location that’s convenient for you — whether at home, work, or another meeting spot. 

Have your documents ready but don’t sign them yet. You’ll sign in front of the notary during your appointment. 

Please have a valid, government-issued photo ID ready (such as a California driver’s license, state ID, U.S. passport, or other accepted form of ID). This ensures compliance with California notarial law. 

At your appointment, your notary will verify your identity, confirm your willingness to sign, and complete the notarization. For loan signings, you’ll be guided through each document so you understand what needs to be signed and where. 

Fees are reviewed upfront so there are no surprises. Payment can be made via cash, check, credit card (+4% transaction fee), Zelle, or Venmo.
